Run to Remember Participation
Many other training programs celebrate survivors and help fund important research about disease cure. Run to Remember features what is uniquely important about hospice care and connects it to training for a race. Memory and honor are at the heart of this program.
Because people who receive hospice care do not survive, we are left to celebrate their memory and honor their lives. It is not often that we can dedicate five months—the amount of time it takes to train for a marathon—to the memory of a loved one.
